I would love to see some changes in Hollywood I believe it's just bad business if you have no business skills, or knowledge, hire people to do that.When black people take care of business,then everything will fall into place.

African Americans in Hollywood the percentage of mainstream
actors - writers - producers is only 17%...we haven't come a long way baby.
We need more writers.
More writers ain't gone do a damn thang!that's right I had to go there with it.
The problem is blacks don't
support! blacks at the box office, I'm a producer and if black movies made money they would green-light more of them. It's that simple.
We are to busy back stabbing and
hating on each other,instead of
seeing what we can do to create
more projects for each other, and
supporting the ones that are out.
